Notes Convert converts your notes between different formats entirely on your device, without losing data or formatting. You select the source format (e.g., Google Keep, Evernote, Bear, Notion), choose the output format, and the app handles the conversion locally. Your notes never leave your computer.

Absolutely. All conversions happen locally on your device. We never see, store, or transmit your notes. Your data stays yours, always.

For importing, we support Google Keep, Evernote (Enex), Bear, Joplin, Notion, Obsidian, Markdown and Plain Text. For exporting, we support Apple Notes, Evernote (Enex), Bear, Joplin, Notion, Obsidian, Markdown and Plain Text. New formats are being added regularly. If the format you want isn't supported, send us your suggestion here.

Notes Convert is available on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android.

The Free mode allows converting up to 50 notes. The Full mode unlocks unlimited note conversions, customer support, and helps fund further development of the app.

We love open source and believe in open ecosystems. While the app is not open source yet, we do use several open source components, have contributed to several other open source projects over the years, and are open to open sourcing it in the future. If your interest in open source is for privacy concerns, we can assure you that our small team has no interest in accessing your data and dealing with all the legal issues that come with it.
