Your Notes Are Never Stored by Us

Notes Convert is published by EightyForm. Your notes, attachments and files are converted locally on your device. They are never sent to us, so there is no note content on our servers to delete.

The only data we store that relates to you is the purchase and activation data needed to validate your purchase or license and enforce the permitted number of devices, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Fill out the Data Deletion Request form below.
  2. Identify the data you want deleted:
    • Google Play purchase: include the order number from your purchase confirmation email (it starts with "GPA.") and the email address of the Google account used for the purchase.
    • License purchased on notesconvert.com: include your license key and the email address used at checkout.
  3. Optional: if the app is still installed, open the activation screen and tap "Deactivate This Device" to free this device immediately.

We will confirm and complete your request within 15 days.

What We Delete

  • The random installation identifier(s) associated with your purchase or license.
  • The activation records that link your purchase or license to specific devices.
  • Support correspondence you ask us to delete, unless we are legally required to keep it.

What We Keep

  • Purchase and license records (store, product, purchase or transaction identifier, order number, status and timestamps) are kept for up to 5 years after the purchase, to enforce device limits, prevent fraud, and comply with tax and consumer protection laws. They are deleted after that period.
  • Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their own privacy policies; requests about those records should be made to them.
